At nBlock we collect only the information needed to deliver the service: name, email and the operational data you share with us during implementation. Last updated: May 2026.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter in our forms (name, email, company).
- Operational data you share when a block goes live (through a connection to your ERP or through exports).
- Aggregated product telemetry, with no personal identifiers.
How we use it
We use that information to reply to you, to configure the blocks you turn on, and to improve the product. We never sell or share your data with third parties without your authorization.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data. Write to hola@nblock.ai and we reply within 24 business hours.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logs. If we sign an NDA, that additional contract governs.
